Standard Delivery

1. All items purchased will be couriered via standard shipping service within 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 3-7 business days for East Malaysia upon your successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. In order to ensure a smooth and successful delivery, orders will only be delivered to a valid street address in Malaysia. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

3. Based on the standard practises of the standard courier service provider, you will have to sign on the consignment note for your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the item will be couriered to you the next day, subject to the terms and conditions by the respective courier service provider. Please call the assigned courier service provider and provide your tracking number for a re-delivery arrangement. For non- successful delivery after maximum attempts by the courier service provider, the items will be returned to us. Any extra cost incurred, i.e. the redelivery charge will be at the expense of the customer.

4. AOIX will not assume the responsibility for any orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.

Item(s) Damaged/ Missing Upon Delivery

1. In the case where the items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us via any communication channel on this website on the same day of successful delivery with supporting evidences and your invoice number. Reimbursement is subjected to the courier service provider’s discretion.

2. In the case where your ordered product is missing from the package you have received, please contact us via any communication channel on this website on the same day of delivery, it will be our best pleasure to assist.


1. While we do everything possible to ensure a timely delivery of your order, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred, as a result of delay caused by our courier service providers or any event which is beyond our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to delay caused by incorrect delivery address input by the customer.

2. All orders are subjected to bank authorisation prior to our further processing. Only authorised orders will be subsequently processed and shipped.




1. Products sold are non- refundable. However, it is our pleasure to exchange the newly unopened normal priced products with another product(s) of the same value.


1. It is AOIX’s core value of providing quality products to our customers.

2. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, a product exchange for new and unopened normal priced item(s) can be issued within 3 days of successful delivery date.

3. Please take note that all new unopened normal priced products may be exchanged for one time only.

4. For smooth delivery, you are recommended to return the items in its original brand new condition via the customer (sender)’s preferred and reliable courier service provider.

5. The exchange products will be delivered via standard shipping service within 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 3-7 business days for East Malaysia upon the successful authorisation and approval by our team.

6. AOIX reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or any of above terms are not met.

7. Kindly contact us for the confirmation of return& exchange products, or any further enquiries on our return policy via any communication channel available on our website.



Whilst we strive to ensure all the information provided on this site are accurate, errors may occur. We will notify you and provide you the recommendation/ suggestions to reconfirm your order, or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you after multiple attempts, the order will be terminated automatically.
